SNow REmoval Services
Work Order Process
Initial Contact:
During our initial contact meeting, we will discuss your specific needs, preferences, and requirements.
Site Inspection:
After our initial meeting, we will go to your site, inspect and identify any challenging or unique areas that may requiring special attention.
Contract Proposal:
After inspection, we will develop a contract and send it to you for approval. After accepting and signing the contract, we will move on to final preparations.
Final Preparations:Â
Our manager and machine operator will make a final inspection of your properties in early October. Driveway markers will be installed to guide our crews throughout the winter, this helps avoid confusion with signs that may have already been installed in areas such as parking lots. We will conclude final preparations, including refining service requirements, updating route lists, and adjusting our automatic phone and email notification systems.
Snow Alerts:
We will inform you in advance of impending storms, and of our snow management strategy via email. As storms approach, we make phone calls to provide updates, allowing you the opportunity to move vehicles before our arrival.
Dispatch Crew:
Our skid steer operators and snowplowing crews are dispatched according to the storm type, intensity, and time of day.Â
Service Monitoring:
Our office staff and managers use real-time GPS and site inspections to monitor all crews. We also track the City’s road plowing activities to determine the optimal time for our crews to return and clear any city created snow ridges.
Service Quality:
After each snow event we conduct site inspections to ensure that the work performed by our crews meets our high service standards.
