Mavik has been learning the craft of building from his father, Collin, since he could hold a hammer. What started as tagging along to job sites has become a deep passion for quality workmanship and design. Mavik’s natural skillset reflects the talent passed down to him, and his dedication to learning every aspect of the trade shows in his steady hands and sharp eye. As he continues to grow under Collin’s mentorship, Mavik is quickly becoming a valued team member, committed to upholding the Penley reputation for excellence.

Jimmy has been with Penley Contracting for the past four years, bringing his upbeat attitude and quirky sense of humour to every job site. As the team’s dependable site assistant, he keeps things running smoothly by making sure materials are on hand, tools are ready, and the crew has what they need to stay on track. While he is not on the tools full-time, his reliability and willingness to jump in wherever needed make him an essential part of the team. Jimmy’s presence keeps spirits high and the work flowing.
